Return Process

  Securely pack the unit in its original packaging, including all filters and power cords.

  Attach Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box.

  Once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
